Romantic Industrial Wedding at the Charles River Museum | Carly + Allan

Carly and Allan planned their summer wedding day to be comfortable and stunning. They chose the Charles River Museum of Industry & Innovation in Waltham, MA for their venue - from portraits, to ceremony and reception and it couldn’t be more fitting for them. Charles River Museum is packed with history and industrial architecture — the bricks walls, high ceilings, artifacts and old historical machinery are all really cool and entertaining. I had so much fun looking around, scooping for nice lighting and locations around the old building. Carly got ready at a local charming hotel with her family & friends; Allan got ready at home with his friends and also got to add a quick video game battle before the big “I dos’“. Their first look was right in front of the venue at the Charles River Bike Path, and it was just so sweet! From there, we headed to couple’s portraits all over to wedding party photos at the main hall of the museum,. Their ceremony was short and sweet, they wrote their own vows and added letters to a wine box to open later in their marriage. Every single detail of this day makes be swoon over and over. So glad to have been part of it and documented so many amazing images!
