Modern and Romantic LGBTQ Wedding at The Engine Room in Monroe, GA | Alex + Caroline

Oh, where do I even begin? I had the pleasure of traveling all the way from Boston to Monroe, Georgia to photograph the modern and romantic wedding of two lovely ladies - Alex and Caroline. As soon as I arrived at the Engine Room venue, I knew it was going to be an unforgettable day. The exposed brick walls and industrial details created a unique and freaking stunning backdrop for these two brides. They literally couldn’t have chosen a better venue for their wedding that matched both of their personalities!

As I started capturing the wedding details, I couldn't help but admire the incredibly creative florals, the bridal bouquets were simply beautiful. The bleached ferns, feathers, and neutral tones were a perfect complement to the entire venue and decor. Alex wore a classic Sarah Seven dress & veil and Caroline wore a Rebecca Schoneveld jumpsuit - both brides looked absolutely stunning and radiated joy and love. Seriously, I’ll never get over this day and how amazing everything looked!

The highlight of the ceremony was when Alex and Caroline lit a candle, symbolizing their union as partners for life. And as the day turned into night, the party really got started, and everyone hit the dance floor to celebrate these two. It was crazy good! The energy in the room was electric, and you could feel the love and happiness all around.

I am so grateful to have been a part of this LGBTQ industrial wedding at the Engine Room, and I know that Alex and Caroline will cherish these memories for a lifetime. It was a truly unforgettable day that I will always hold close to my heart!!!

Here’s a bunch of images that I absolutely love and tell the story of their day beautifully. Enjoy!
